Professor Stephen Adei, a Former Rector of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) has proposed that persons with unbridled libido should not be allowed leadership roles in the country.
In his view, such persons are a high risk to society considering how morally bankrupt they are insisting that they can be a source of disgrace to the country if they are allowed to shepherd others in leadership roles.
According to him, morality is pivotal in leadership and therefore leaders should not be bad examples to their followers and should always endeavor to be role models.
“Persons who have morality issues should not be made leaders. They can disgrace the persons or institution the lead. Can you imagine a president having children outside wedlock which is a sign of moral failure”, he quizzed.
Speaking at Ultimate 106.9 Fm’s public forum held at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Law Faculty auditorium under the theme ‘the Leader Ghana Deserves’ Professor Adei maintained that leaders who are unable to shelve their sexual desires leading to these, must never in the first place be allowed.
He stated that if these are adhered to, it will help in shaping society and provide the country exemplary leadership advising persons who aspire to leadership positions to show care by demonstrating that they care for Ghanaians and not only cronies, tribes mates and parties.

and d ndc babies with sgarp teeth are at it again. prof did not mention anyone's name yet those who know themselves are throwing their teeth at him...hahahahaha i laugh enter the lab go check my libido. i tested negative to high libido so i can be a competent leader. hahahaha. yes we must change any leader with high libido. it is no doubt somebody can not control his libido. Change is coming
I think this is a ***barred word***...... Prof my foot
The professor is not talking about John mahama but about nana Addo. Nana Addo is the one who eulogized Amaley Tagoe, describing how he used the handle her in the university. He has even boasted in 2008, that if they say he was not strong they should go and asked the women, so I agree with the prof. If he was indirectly referring to pres John then he did not know the history of nana Addo. Nana Addo went to the GBC studio to fondle the breast of a married woman, so let me remind the prof.
Prof you have said it all.Prof did not mention any persons name so why are you people worried?? whom the cup fit let him wear.
Why are NDC trolls on this platform so stunned by the good Prof's moral advice? What he is saying is true? Abi?
The lu-nat-ic again wants to be heard. Look at someone preaching morality? This man pestered my sister when she was undertaking governance and leadership programme at GIMPA. Ahhh this idi-ot he-goa-t too
I think this so call prof. is becoming m-ad / Luna-tic. What of cocaine dealers? better ***barred word***.
If someone can live up to 70 years, smoking wee and sniffing cocaine, then they should be legalized!
