Sad news reaching Peacefmonline.com indicates that Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Hon. Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko, is dead.
Details of what led to his unfortunate demise are still sketchy, but Peacefmonline understands that he passed away at a medical facility in the United States after a short ailment.
A former Chief Executive Officer of the Food and Drugs Board now Authority (FDA), the late Hon Kyeremanteng Agyarko hailed from Odumasi-Krobo in the Eastern Region.
Born on December 10, 1957, the deceased was pharmacist, a medical doctor and a politician.
He had a Bachelor in Pharmacy which he obtained at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in the year 1982.
He was Chairperson of the Environment, Science and Technology Committee in Parliament. He also served on the Government Assurance and Health Committees.
The late MP was a Fellow of the Ghana College of Pharmacists and was the brother of former Energy Minister, Boakye Kyeremateng Agyarko.
He was married with seven children.

My Honourable MP Agyarko May God Rest your soul peacefully. I remember Hon Agyarko visiting churches in the West Legon area on Mother's Day to wish mothers a special day. He is such a gentle soul. Ayawaso Wuogon has really lost a gem! Rest in perfect peace :):):)

This man's death how Dr Mensah Otabil wishes to die like his and save the disgrace he will cause his families in prison. But no such death is not coming to him

But one thing i may not forget is when he was being prosecuted for misappropriation of FDA money instead of being truthful he told the court that the money was given to the respected Rander Courage Quarshiga then Minister for Health knowing the man was dead and dead men don't talk. Ahooooooooooooo!!!
