AVERAGELY THE NPP DOES ONLY 16% EVERY YEAR IN THREE YEARS THEY HAVE ACHIEVED 48%. ALL OTHER THINGS BEEN EQUAL THE NPP MIGHT COVER 64%. THERE WOULD BE A SHORT FALL OF 36%. SINCE NO GOVERNMENT CAN COVER THE 100% IT IS OK WITH ME. A DEVELOPING NATION. LET THE NPP LEARN A LESSON THAT IT IS NOT TALK GOVERNING. WHEN OTHERS ARE DOING SAME YOU SAME IT IS NOT GOOD BUT IF YOU DO YOU WANT PEOPLE TO HAIL YOU. UNTIL YOU DO 80% AND ABOVE YOU HAVE DONE AVERAGE.
This so-called thinktank should be ignored with the contempt it deserves. They're nothing but an attention-seeking group, led by their big-mouth president who has specialized in twitter attacks and ridicule of important national projects/policies.
