Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Consumer Protection Agency Kofi Kapito has declared his readiness to take on Slay Queens in the media fraternity, describing them as stupid and irresponsible who are engaged in prostitution.

Speaking on Asempa FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com , an enraged Kofi Kapito wondered why such slay queens get support and encouragement from some people.

“Who will label herself a slay queen? And then you these irresponsible women in our media scheme and then they’re encouraging them. Now I am ready! Stupid girls! Irresponsible girls! Prostitutes!

You are no different from a girl that stands at the Togolese Roundabout or East Legon or the Mensa Wood Road. Girls who don’t have any better background! No better background! The family! You, trace the family, see where they’re coming from. You come and live in Accra. You bleach yourself. You go and buy a weave. You go and do fake nails. You go and do fake eyelashes. You go and buy some ass in addition. Nonsense! If you like come. Now I am ready!” He fumed.

Mr Kapito stirred controversy when while presenting an award to Serwaa Amihere, remarked that she had a nice butt at the 2019 Radio and Television Personality (RTP) Awards held in October 12, 2019.

Serwaa Amihere expressed disappointment after the event and there were suggestions that Mr Capito had apologized to Ms Amihere.

But Mr Kapito recent outburst seem to contradict suggestions that he had apologized and was remorseful.
