Former Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan, has rebuked the two teenagers involved in a gruesome murder of a 11-year-old boy in the Central Region.
The two teenagers Felix Nyarko, 16, and Nicholas Kini, 17, reportedly murdered a 11-year-old boy at Lamptey Mills in Kasoa on Saturday.
The deceased, Ishmael Mensah, was a Class Four pupil of the Maranatha School and it's believed the teenagers committed such hideous crime for ritual money purposes.
The murder has provoked discussions on the human quest for quick riches and living a luxurious life.
Reacting to the issue on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', Kwamena Duncan was alarmed that young boys could engage in murder but, however, wasn't surprised about the incident.
He stated that Kasoa is a crime zone and, on daily basis, there are reports of criminal activities at the area.
To him, security at Kasoa must be tightened to ensure the safety of the residents.
On the murder act, Kwamena stated; "You must be that heartless. You must have the heart of a monster".
