Commercial bus drivers across the nation have staged a strike action in protest against the recent fuel price increases.
The capital city, Accra, particularly saw numerous Trotro vehicles parked while the drivers troop to the streets to demonstrate against the government, stopping other public vehicle drivers who tend to engage in business today.
There have been reports of some drivers turning violent towards their fellow drivers who decided to conduct business.
Disturbingly, the strike action has affected commuters so bad that some have had to walk long distances to their various destinations.
