President of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Science, Professor Francis Allotey, says in order to develop science, technology and innovation in Ghana, scientists must be provided with adequate human resources and equipment.
He said scientific equipment in an institution helps to ensure quality output.
This therefore calls for a policy on scientific equipment that would enable Ghanaian scientists to utilize the sciences for rapid socio-economic development.
