The National Identification Authority (NIA) on Thursday said the on-going mass registration exercise in the Dangme East and West Districts, Tema Ashiaman and Adenta Municipalities would end on Saturday, November 28.
A statement issued in Accra by the Public Affairs Department of NIA said the exercise would resume on Monday, December 7 to Thursday, December 17 in Madina, Nkwantanang, Abokobi, Pantang and Oyarifa.
The rest are, Agbogba, Haatso, Kwabenya, Ashongman, Dome, Taifa, Pokuase, Ofankor and Amasaman.
The other areas are Ngleshie-Amanfro, Bortianor, Weija, Mallam, Chantan, Anyaa, Sowutuom, Awoshie and Gbawe.
It said due to the large size of the population in the Greater Accra Region, the exercise was being undertaken in phases.
The statement assured all residents in the Region that they would be registered before the exercise ends in February 2010.
