President John Mahama will take his turn to address the UN General Assembly, today Thursday September 26.
Thursday's session starts at 9am (1300 GMT) with each head of state allocated a maximum 15 minutes to contribute to the general debate. President will be the third speaker for day.
President Mahama's address, which will be live on Ghana Television, Radio Ghana and www.presidency.gov.gh, will start at approximately 9.50am (13.50GMT).
In a related development, US Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday paid a courtesy call on President John Mahama in New York, USA.
The two are attending the 68th Session of the UN General Assembly.
Their discussions centered on Ghana-US relations and cooperation, the second compact, Ghana's plans for energy sufficiency, the security situation in Africa especially the in the Sahel and Ghana's unique selling propositions.
