Former President of the Republic of Mozambique, Joaquim Alberto Chissano, is in Ghana to deliver a series of lectures being organized by the University for Development Studies in Tamale, Northern Regional capital.
While in the country, the Former President on Wednesday paid a courtesy call on President John Dramani Mahama at the Flagstaff House in Accra.
The lectures, the 3rd Edition of the AFRICAN LEADERSHIP LECTURES, starts from April 9, 10, and 11, 2015 at Academic Board Chamber, Central Administration, Tamale Campus.
He will be speaking on the following topic:
The Evolution of the Strong Visionary Leadership of the Frontline States and its Contribution to the Liberation Struggle in Southern Africa, Reflections on Leadership, Good Governance and Development in Africa and Leadership and Conflict Resolution in Africa.
