The Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) has embarked on consultation with stakeholders to help put measures in place to improve services.
Mr Paul Ansah Asare, the Marketing and Public Relations Manager of the Tema Port, who disclosed this in an interview with the Ghana News Agency in Tema, said the engagement would also involve the public.
He said this would help the Port Advisory Committee, Port Community Association Committee, Port Policy Formulation Committee, Port Development and Promotion and the Port Integrity Transport Committee and the rest, to monitor and check the daily activities and operations at the ports.
He said the measures were not only to assist provide quality services, but also to expose counter-productive activities.
