A four-year-old girl has been forced to drop out of school because her mother’s employers have stopped paying her salary since November for giving some goods to a client who failed to pay.
According to the police, Joyce Obenewaa, an employee of KBN Logistics, gave assorted mobile phones, valued at GH¢138,107, to one Kwame Asamoah to distribute to his clientele and pay back in a month.
The phones included 106 pieces of Samsung, 63 pieces of Infinix, six Nokia phones and 3 Techno phones.
However, after Kwame succeeded in taking the phones, he failed to honour the agreement and has since gone into hiding.
All efforts by the police to trace him have proved futile. The police are, therefore, pleading with the general public to provide any information that would lead to the arrest of Asamoah
