Patrick Kwaku, aged 25 years, is wanted by the Achimota Mile 7 police for stealing an amount of Gh¢30,000 belonging to his employer, a trader at Ofankor Timber Market.
A statement signed by Director of Public Affairs of the Ghana Police Service, Supt. Cephas Arthur, stated that Patrick Kwaku bolted with the said amount when he was asked to deposit it in his employer’s bank account.
In view of this the Amasaman District Magistrate Court, has issued a warrant for his arrest.
The suspect, according to the statement, is 5 feet 2 inches tall, dark in complexion, stoutly built, has medium eyes and small ears.
The statement said, he was last seen in an ash T-shirt over a white pair of trousers at Timber Market on 11th May, 2017.
According to the police, Patrick Kwaku is suspected to be hiding in Koforidua, Kumasi Cape Coast or Accra.
The statement therefore, asked the public to furnish the police administration with any information on his whereabouts
“Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the suspect should kindly report to the Achimota Mile 7 Police or the nearest Police station or call MTN and Vodafone short code 18555 for a handsome reward,” the statement added.
