There is uneasy calm at the Osei Kyeretwie Senior High School in Kumasi following the stabbing to death of a 19-year-old student on Wednesday night by unknown assailants.
Reports said the assailants invaded the school at about 10pm and in the process stabbed Godfred Arthur in the neck.
The Board Chairman of the School, Mr Owusu Ansah has told Accra based Citi News that the authorities are assisting police to carry out investigations.
Some parents rushed to the school to check on their wards but they were denied access to the campus
A team of crime officers from the Tafo-Pankrono Divisional Police Command have since been deployed to the school as part of investigations.
