A video has emerged of Ghanaian owned alcoholic beverage, Adonko Bitters selling on the streets of Port Harcourt in Nigeria.
This comes in the wake of recent controversies about Ghana-Nigerian relations where many have called for peace and calm.
A truck which has been branded Adonko Bitters can be seen in the video, with sales persons enjoying background music whilst selling their products, void of any interruptions.
A Nigerian journalist Ndume Green, reporting from the scene sought to establish the fact that Ghanaians were allowed to operate in the Nigerian space freely without any chaos; an indication that there is need for tolerance.
“This is Port Harcourt Rivers State, far in the Niger Delta, while the attacks on the Nigerians in Ghana is going on. Here is Adonko Bitters all the way from the Republic of Ghana, live from the streets of Port Harcourt selling freely…people are dancing to the Adonko Bitters song, look at them they are Ghanaians.” He says.
In recent publications in Ghana, some unruly youth of Suame Magazine in Kumasi attacked some Nigerian shops, vandalizing their properties.
This according to GUTA was as a result of the Nigerians illegally trading in the retail space of Ghanaians, a situation they were protesting.
Both Nigerians and Ghanaians have since called for the intervention of government in the development.

many of the spare parts at Abossey Okine is brought in from Nigeria but the products are sold by Ghanaians. you can not be involve in the retail trade. that is the law. Nigerians are also committing so much crime. Government must look really hard at this else they would make Ghana look like Nigeria.
Bring back Adonko and take away the smelly kidnappers. Top it with Glo, UBA, Zenith, GT. Access Bank. Let's clease Ghana of Naija occultism. Don't forget their false prophets. Let's do that. Quick
When has selling become a crime? We are talking about nigerians kidnapping Ghanaians and you put a video of Ghanaians selling in nigeria? What is the similarities in these two activities? Perhaps they have heeded to the warped logic of that misguided professor who urged them to flood our media and get Ghanaians to respond. Glorified f.o.l.l.y in its grandest manifestation!
WHAT WAS THE AUTHOR OF THIS ARTCILE TRYING TO ARCHIEVE. GHANAIANS ARE NOT SAYING NIGERIANS SHOULDN'T SELL. THEY GUYS ARE KIDDNAPING OUR FOLKS AND DOING ALL SORT OF SOCIAL VICES WHICH ARE INIMICAL TO OUR SOCIETY AND YOU SHOWING US A VIDEO OF GHANAIANS SELLING IN PORT-HARCOURT AND SO? THANK GOD THE VIDEO IS NOT SAYING GHANAIANS WERE KIDNAPPING BUT SELLING, DOING A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS AFTER ALL THEY WOULD AS WELL PAY TAXES ON WHATEVER SALES THEY WOULD HAVE MADE BUT WHAT ABOUT THE KIDNAPPING BY OUR NIGERIAN FRIENDS, WHAT DIVIDENDS DO WE GET FROM THEIR SPREE. PAIN AND ANGUISH AND I GUESS THAT WAS WHAT THE PUBLISHER WAS TRYING LET US CLAP FOR HIM.
Kw==A$1a aaarra kwa. Are they kidnapping, rap1ng women, engaging in cyber fraud? Instead of admonishing your fellow Nigerians to be disciplined, law-abiding and repspect the laws of countries they find themselves in, you are walking round a disorganized street promoting adonko bitters yawa. Nigerians change your life and image.
We are talking of opening a shop and retailing and you are showing videos of people selling snacks and drinks to motorists. Is it a fair comparison?
yes they are selling not kidnapping and raping and killing people.
