You sit in Accra and award contracts for the sweeping of the Bongo market on behalf of the Bongo District Assembly and pay from Accra when the work is not done. This is the problem you have to resolve if you truly want to strengthen local governance. Introducing nasty NDC and NPP fights at the assembly level will not resolve this.
I WILL VOTE NO!

I have voted NO
I will vote NO
The interest in politics is diminishing. Ghana politics is dividing too much. Ghana card registration very important but see what is happening.
When you sit in Accra and hide behind a mighty pen to fish for awards, and think that the NPP-NDC are not in Bongo Locals then you are an ostrich. Let' get them in the open, and let the people decide ... the long term gains must trump the narrow fear of NPP-NDC onion-like scent 'everywhere' - even in Manasseh's pen and position on the matter! Manasseh, you write well but be deep a bit. (Iam and remain Your admirer ... with reservations when due)!
Balm !! I dey ur back.
So are people believing that even the election is non-partisan, but it is an election, NPP and NDC will not flood the districts to campaign for their party members contesting? Why are refusing to accept the reality. The key thing about the election, whether partisan or not, is about taking control of a local area. Can one imagine not having a charged election campaign for AMA,KMA etc. between NPP and NDC if candidates are from opposing sides? Let's think and not emote.
in fact this is what i don't like about the whole thing so i will surely vote NO.
NDC, NPP everywhere. Why? I will vote No.
True talk. Let's all vote NO.
I will also vote "NO". We don't need this ***barred word*** NPP/NDC "nkwasiasɛm” to divide our families.
