Vodafone took a giant leap ahead of its competitors to emerge “Telecommunications Company of the Year” for the third consecutive year at the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) awards held over the weekend.
The award which is the telecom industry’s most revered accolade, directly affirms Vodafone’s leadership in creating customer-focused and value-driven products and services, innovative campaigns and unrivalled customer experience on Ghana’s best 3G plus network.
This also makes Vodafone the only telecoms company in the country to have bagged the award three times in a row.
Commenting on the award, Haris Broumidis, Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ghana said:
“This is testament to our leadership in customer service, innovation and strategic marketing insights.
As a company, our strategy has always remained the same - to be consistent in maintaining the highest standard of network quality for our customers.
