The Supreme Court has upheld a ruling on an objection of acting in bad faith leveled against the petitioners by the lead counsel of the NDC.
The Presiding Judge Justice Atuguba said the questions to which the objections have been raised covered by paragraph 27 of the third respondents amendment answer to the second amended petition.
Lead Counsel for the NDC, Tsatsu Tsikata, continued with his cross examination of the principal witness of the petitioners, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, on a statement that the NDC, led by its Presidential Candidate allegedly conspired with some EC officials in some constituencies to falsify the elections results.
Mr Tsikata told Dr. Bawumia that the statement is untrue.
But the star witness for the petitioners insisted the NDC must concentrate on the issues that are before the court
