The Electoral Commission will from Friday exhibit the voters register for the electorate to cross- check their particulars.
The Acting Director of Public Affairs of the Commission, Christian Owusu Parry, who stated this to Radio Ghana asked every registered voter to endeavour to check whether the spelling of their names, gender and every information on their voters ID cards match with the information on the register.
Meanwhile, the Tema Metropolitan Electoral office is feverishly preparing for the nationwide voters exhibition exercise on Friday.
In view of this, personnel at the Tema electoral office are currently undergoing series of training to ensure the success of the exercise in the region.
The Director of the Tema Metropolitan Electoral Office, Watson Apenstuii, explained the essence of the exercise.
On the just ended NPP Presidential Primaries, he said only one rejected ballot was recorded in Tema indicating that the education and sensitization programmes conducted by his outfit over the years have yielded good results, making the electoral process easy.
He expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the delegates in Tema, saying they followed due process and adhered to the rules governing the election.
Mr Apenstuii said the Tema Office of the Electoral Commission is assiduously preparing for election 2016.
