In fulfilment of his civic responsibilities, the Vice President of the Republic, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has cast his ballot in this year's local level elections.
The Vice President was among the first to vote, at 7:26am, at the Kperiga D/A School polling station in Walewale, in the national poll to select Assembly men and women as well as Unit Committee members.
In brief remarks, Vice President Bawumia urged Ghanaians to come out in their numbers to vote, pointing out that national development begins at the local level.
