Six papers were laid on the floor of Parliament on Tuesday.
Five of the papers, emanates from the Auditor General and include; a report on the public accounts of Ghana comprising public boards, corporations and other statutory institutions for the year ending December 31 2011, a report on the management and utilisation of District Assemblies� Common Fund and other statutory funds.
The others are reports of the Auditor-General on public accounts of Ghana comprising pre-university education institutions, a statement of foreign exchange receipts and payments of the Bank of Ghana for the half year ending June 30, 2012.
The sixth is a request for waiver of stamp duty amounting to S150, 000,000.00 on an Offshore Syndicated receivables-backed Trade finance facility of S1, 500,000.00 for cocoa purchases by Ghana Cocoa Board for the 2012-2013 crop season.
Mr Ebo Baton Odro; First Deputy Speaker introduced a nine-member delegation from the National Assembly of Zambia who will be meeting with the Committee on Subsidiary Legislation of Parliament to the House.
