The Member of Parliament for Aburi-Nsawam Constituency, Hon. O.B Amoah, has predicted tough times for Ghanaians next year as the governments� budget failed to give any indication of job creation. He also said apart from failing to tell Ghanaians how they intend to provide jobs, and with the introduction of new taxes on goods such as Beer, Fanta, Rice among other items, Ghanaians should brace themselves for tougher times ahead.
Hon. O.B Amoah was speaking to NPP delegates and supporters during the election of Aburi-Nsawam NPP constituency executives.
According to him, unity is what NPP needs to win the 2012 elections and help reduce the socio-economic hardship facing the nation now.
�The slow pace of doing things by the Mills government has attracted heavy criticism from former president Rawlings, Spio-Garbrah, Hon Bagbin�so NPP followers must be dedicated and united to ensure victory in 2012,� he added.
Hon. O.B Amoah said the situation where defeated aspirants create division and confusion in the party must stop.
