The President of Ghana, John Evans Atta Mills, has asked Ghanaians in the Diaspora not to believe everything they hear in the news about Ghana and the NDC government for that matter.
This request was made by the President during a meeting with the Ghanaian community in the USA.
President Mills said:Do not believe everything you hear and read about Ghana, however, I know many of you can separate the wheat from the chaff.
He added: The important thing is that people have the right to express their views, however vitriolic, acerbic, unnecessary and provocative they may be. Id like to assure you that my colleagues and I are doing the very best that we can.
President Mills comments come on the back of several comments of insults which has characterised the countrys political climate in recent times.
