The President of Ghana, John Evans Atta Mills, has appointed Sam Pee Yalley as the acting Chief Executive Officer of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA).
A statement signed by J.K. Bebaako Mensah, the Secretary to the President, and copied to the board chairman of the NPRA said Mr. Pee Yalley should take over until a substantive CEO is appointed.
Mr. Pee Yalleys appointment comes after the resignation of the former CEO, Dr. Daniel K. Seddoh, in February. Before his appointment, Mr Pee Yalley was the acting deputy CEO.
