The 2012 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has officially outdoored his internet-based campaign with a call on the need to expand access to ICT further and has asked Ghanaians to "keep tweeting the fact that free SHS education policy is possible".
"With access to information we can transform Ghana...for example, increased access to information and better communication links, will help us make informed choices about other facets of our economy...," he said.
Nana Addo, who revealed that he signed up to facebook in 2007, introduced the general public to his social media networks, i.e. his official Facebook page, Twitter and Youtube pages, and his official website.
