The Supreme Court will today (Wednesday) resume hearing of a suit filed by Former Attorney General Martin Amidu over the judgement debt saga.
In June, Mr Amidu sued Alfred Woyome, Waterville Holdings and the Attorney General over the payment of judgement debts.
He is asking for a number of reliefs for various actions and conduct on the part of the defendants in the making and payment of claims against the Government.
Mr Amidu contends that the alleged Agreements between the Republic of Ghana and Waterville did not become operative for lack of Parliamentary approval under Article 181 of the Constitution.
