The Convener of the Forum for Good Governance, Dr. Clement Apaak, says it is expedient for President John Mahama to offer his response to the petition challenging his legitimacy as President.
Dr. Apaak told Radio Ghana that President Mahama's demand for 48 thousand witnesses is also interesting and raises serious legal concerns.
On the decision of the NPP legal team to withdraw the alleged misgivings about Mr. Justice William Atuguba's inclusion on the panel, Dr. Apaak said it is important for the court to demand reasons for the change of mind.
