A Member of the ruling government’s communication team, Ras Mubarak has taken a swipe at the Editor of the Daily Searchlight Newspaper, Ken Kuranchie following the latter’s description of President John Mahama as a “non-serious person.”
Speaking on Citi FM's weekend news analysis programme, The Big Issue, Ken Kuranchie had mentioned that President John Mahama lacked the seriousness to deal with the armed robbery cases that hit Kumasi on Tuesday.
In his opinion Ghanaians were not safe under President John Mahama as the Commander in Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces.
Ras Mubarak however, in an interview with Citi News pointed out that President Mahama was unfazed by the criticism.
He noted that the President was committed to maintaining law and order in the country.
Ras Mubarak described the Editor in Chief of the Daily Searchlight Newspaper as a sworn critic of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and added that “nothing positive about President Mahama’s administration will please Ken Kuranchie” and his cronies.
