Muslims across the country are today celebrating the annual Eid-ul-Fitr festival after a month of fasting and prayers.
Ahead of the feast, the Presidential candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has extended his congratulatory message to the Muslim fraternity and believes their month of praying will bring prosperity to the country ahead of the Election Petition final verdict.
On his Facebook wall he also prayed for peace for the country.
�I extend to all our Moslem brothers and sisters hearty congratulations and best wishes on this great festival of EId-ul Fitr�
��May Allah grant our communities and nation peace and happiness and guide us to the harmony and prosperity that Ghana deserves. Eid Mubarak; Eid Sa id!� he posted.
