It appears the dismissal of Victoria Hammah as Deputy Minister of Communications by President John Dramani Mahama has far-reaching consequences than least expected.

The Young Wing of the Progressive Peoples Party (PPP) believes her dismissal lends credence to support the perception that all young people are not just inexperienced but not ready to handle significant responsibility.

Also sharing that belief is a member of the communications machinery of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Alhaji Naziru Mohammed is of the opinion that it destroys the chance of more youthful members being given a government appointment.

The purported tape recording of the former Deputy Minister of Communication captures her saying Nana Oye Lithur, Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, influenced the judges who sat on the presidential election petition case at the Supreme Court.

The tape also revealed that the lawyer of President Mahama in the 2012 election petition, Tony Lithur currently controls three ministries and also the tape seems to suggest that the ambition of the former minister of Communication was to make $1 million dollars in politics.

But addressing this issue on Okay fm, the NDC communicator averred that the person who recorded the recorded the former minister of Communications voice must have problem with her to have done that; reiterating that the brain behind the recording has rather done disservice the youth in the country.

..in my honest opinion, if this tape is true then the person did not only hurt Victoria, but also all the people and the youth of this country. It is a serious blow to the youththe person who recorded the conversation of the former deputy minister has hurt the chances of the youth in government and the NDC at large. President Mahama is also equally disturbed by this recording since his faith in the youth has been badly shaken, Alhaji Naziru Mohammed said.
