Mr. Stephen Asamoah Boateng, former Minister of Information and National Orientation, has advised the organizers of the ongoing National Economic Forum to hand over the report of the programme to the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC).
Speaking on Peace FMs Kokrokoo Morning Show, Mr. Asamoah Boateng warned against any partisan interference over the ideas that the economic experts and participants offer on the nation.
According to him, the NDPC should be the institution to handle the report and was therefore confident the NDPC would help remove any possible partisan twists that may attached to the economic forum report.
Mr. Asamoah Boateng further backed his party's decision to boycott the forum but however hoped it brings out the best of the nation as the experts and the general public stipulates solutions to curb the challenges confronting the economy.
He wished the government "good luck" and advised government to put in place better initiatives to augment productivity in the agricultural sector in order to boost the progress of the economy.
