On Wednesday, 12th November, 2014, the Alliance for Accountable Governance (AFAG), a Pro-opposition pressure group took over the streets of Accra in a protest dubbed �'Aagbe Wͻ,' meaning "they are killing us."
Hundreds of people including NPP Members of Parliament joined the protest to express their dissatisfaction at the high level of corruption and economic hardship in the country.
Apart from the NPP Members of Parliament, Communications Director for the National Democratic Party (NDP), Ernest Owusu Bempah as well as other kingpins of the NPP including its executives joined in the protest.
