George Kuntu Blankson has declared his intention to contest the NDC upcoming parliamentary primaries again – the former legislator confirmed that to Peacefmonline.com
Blankson will contest the Ekumfi Constituency seat – years after losing it to Mr. Abeiku Crentsil.
The seat is currently in the grips of the ruling party and occupied by Hon. Abeiku Crentsil who has also declared his intention to seek the mandate of the people a second time.
George Kuntu Blankson is very optimistic of winning the seat again - he is reported to be enjoying some support from the leaders looking at his pedigree and the kind of resources he can pull to help develop Ekumfi.
The NDC goes to the polls on November 7, 2015 to decide on its Presidential and Parliamentary candidates for the 2016 general elections.
