The Convention People’s Party (CPP) has inaugurated a 10 member Communications Team in the Upper East Region.

The team is to help champion the party’s activities in the forthcoming general elections.

Inaugurating the Team in Bolgatanga on Monday, the Regional Chairman of the Party, Alhaji Baba Hussaini Ibrahim, called on them to be mindful of their utterances and avoid being labeled as trouble makers.

“Among your main duties is to help propagate and project the party to win more members, an election and not to foment trouble. The CPP is not a violent party and we will not tolerate it if any of you dents the party’s image with his activities”, the Regional Chairman said.
