NPP’s Otiko Afisa Djaba says she is disappointed in the Christian Council for overlooking what she termed as the "evil and demonic" burial of NPP’s flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo by the ruling party.
“I am very disappointed in them [Christian Council]. Why are they not saying anything about this demonic orchestrated burial by the NDC?” she questioned in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show dubbed ‘Ghana Montie’.
Some NDC youth activists during their manifesto launch at Sunyani publicly displayed pictures of NPP’s Presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo on a casket to depict his burial after 2016 elections.
This according to the National Women's Organiser of the New Patriotic Party, Otiko Afisa Djaba is "evil and demonic" – and therefore called for prayers for Nana Addo.
"So because of politics Nana Addo should be buried alive? Because somebody wants to remain President by force they should kill Nana Addo? This is a Dangerous phenomenon. It is sacrilegious and so we should condemn it and pray against it. How come they didn't bury Akua Donkor or Ayariga or Nduom?" Otiko asked.
She continued "In Ghana, our culture and traditions are against burying anybody alive. This cannot be a joke as Kofi Adams is claiming. Their witchcraft and demonic plans have been exposed."
