Popular actress and National Coordinator for Agya Koo Agenda 57% For Nana Addo(AK57), Matilda Asare, has fired another salvo at President John Mahama, describing his last minute promises to Ghanaian electorate as “vague and unrealistic”.
According to Matilda Asare, it is too late for President to be making promises when he had all the time in eight years to do so but failed woefully.
She observed that Ghanaians were no longer interested in President Mahama's last minute promises, stressing that it is too late for him to clinch the remaining straws.
The popular Actress, who is currently with her crew, including the Founder of AK57, Kofi Adu, popularly known Agya Koo, at Atebubu- Amantin to interact with voters, said President Mahama had wasted precious opportunities granted him and the NDC party to turn the destiny of this country around.
"Let President Mahama understand that it is too late in the day for him to save his face; all those promises he has been going round making, it is too late. He is now promising to give MASLOC Loans to film producers and directors; but I want to ask him since when did he realize that film producers and directors need MASLOC Loans," the outspoken actress queried.
Addressing supporters at Atebubu, Matilda urged Ghanaians not to be fooled by the president's 'sugar-coated' words because they are empty.
