Former Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Prof. Kwamena Ahwoi has said the NDC has changed its image from a party with a violent and revolutionary background to a party that believes in peace and the rule of law.
He made the statement in Accra when the Chief of Staff and his campaign team met the clergy to explain the party's manifesto to them.
