The National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammi Awuku has expressed confidence in the competence of the current leadership of the NPP National Youth Wing to help realize the quest of the party to stay in power for long in order to deliver prosperity to Ghanaians.
The celebrated former Youth Leader made this assertion at the maiden NPP National Youth Wing Meeting organized by the National Youth Organizer, Henry Nana Boakye (Nana B) purposely to strategize on building and strengthening the Youth Wing to deliver victory to the party in 2020 and beyond.
According to Sammi Awuku, his absolute confidence is premised on the fact that the current Youth Leader, Nana B has risen through the ranks and over the years, has developed relevant skills set and competences needed to excel on the job.
He added that the youth wing is also gifted with astute, diligent and results oriented Regional Youth Organizers who have, over the years, contributed immensely in the building of the Youth Wing at the Regional and Constituency levels.
As the National Officer with oversight responsibility over all the wings of the party including the Youth Wing, Sammi Awuku gave the assurance of his unflinching and timely support to the Youth Wing whenever the need arises.
