The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress Johnson Asiedu Nketia has urged the women’s wing of the party to encourage their members to marry among themselves.
He was confident this will produce children who will eventually grow to support NDC just as some members of the ruling New Patriotic Party did in the past.
Mr Asiedu Nketia, popularly known as General Mosquito claims President Akufo-Addo grew up supporting the NPP because his late father married a woman within the United Party (UP) who are the current NPP’s antecedent.
“There are men in the NDC who’re matured and are looking for wives, women organizers of this party should make sure that NDC women marry only NDC men. If we allow NPP men to marry NDC women, when they give birth their children will be NPP supporters much to the disadvantage of the NDC party. If you look at the history of President Akufo Addo, you’ll realize that his father, uncle, his grandfather were members of the ‘Big Six’ who later became leading members of the UP tradition, and they gave their relatives to members of the UP to marry and so once you’re born into such a family, defecting to another party is not possible.
“In the NDC, most of our women have married NPP men and the children later have kicked against the NDC, and so if you do the organization well and go on your house to house campaign and find out that someone’s problem is finding a marriage partner, you can go ahead and arrange that marriage because eventually when they give birth the kids will be NDC members. I’m serious about this and you must act on it. If it’s possible to arrange marriages in the church, it should also be possible in the NDC.
‘I beg of you, the NDC is a family we’ve joined, we’re building it to stay in it and leave a legacy for future generations. So if you allow your children to marry from other parties, eventually all the children will belong to another party, no one will even remember that their grand parents ever sacrificed for the NDC party, ” Asiedu Nketia said when he addressed women’s wing of the party in the Ashanti Region over the weekend.

That is the only means NDC can win any clean elections in Ghana. Even with that the new born children will know the truth about the NDC and will dump them hahahahahahahahahahah. Herrrrh NDC has a baggage of waste and unintelligent and incompetent people. Even in religion we are told to embrace the culture of intermarriage to speedy up peace and unity.
Awwww Ghana... Is that how low our democracy has been taken to? Lord have mercy. The whole country is preaching unity and peace. Asiedu Nketia as Gen Sec is preaching division. I don't think Ofosu Ampofo will endorse this, NEVER!!. Anyway, that is a good indication that NDC is losing in numbers and therefore cannot make any impact by way of elections in the country in the foreseeable future. JDM should here this: they don't have the numbers anymore and this is coming from no less a person than the Gen Sec who I believe has done a lot of studies and analysis to arrive at this conclusion. Having been Gen Sec for four terms, he is sure of what he is saying. this has aptly manifested in the last three elections: 2008, 2012 and 2016. 2008 - NDC won with less than 51% of votes 40, 000 votes margin. 2012 - still with less than 51% and with a stolen 300,000 votes. 2016 - NDC lost by over 1,000,000 votes. Unprecedented in the history of the countries democracy. Surely, their numbers are dwindling because they live on lies and propaganda. I rest my case.
those children will be born in prison and will automatically be prison inmates as well. they will never have the chance to see what is outside those walls. whatever they do this ndc party will soon go extinct. I give them 10 yrs. the only reason they are still around is because Papa J is still alive. Papa J will not die now but Mahama has started the process to facilitate their extinction.
As usual, he never says anything sensible.
i do not want to belive this because if it really true then general Mosquito is the most $t0p1d person in Ghana now. Is John Jinapor and Abu Jinapor not blood brothers. What has politics got to do with who marries who. This shows how desperate and backward minded the NDC is. Come and say something that will make your NDC party attractive ah, this is what you can say. Do you think through your rear end or what?
