National Youth Organizer, Nana Boakye popularly called Nana B has asked the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service to interrogate undercover journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas over the murder of his team member, Ahmed Hussein-Suale.
Speaking on Peace FM's Kokrokoo, Nana B told host Nana Yaw Kesseh that "Anas should be invited to assist in the investigations" just as the Assin Central Member of Parliament; Kennedy Agyapong was invited by the CID.
Former Boss of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kwesi Nyantakyi has also been interrogated by the Ghana Police Service.
In a statement issued by the Police Service, a team of detectives interrogated Kwesi Nyantakyi because the deceased played a role in the documentary; Number 12; an investigative piece which led to the dismissal of the former.
According to the statement signed by ACP David Eklu, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has already started “extensive and rigorous investigations into the unfortunate killing of Mr. Hussein Suale” but Nana B would want them not to ignore Anas Aremeyaw Anas including family and friends of the deceased, who to him, are all persons of interest in the murder case.
However, touching on the Minority in Parliament’s position on Hon. Kennedy Agyapong as a possible prime suspect to the case, Nana B wondered why they would single the MP out and not include other factors that may have resulted in the death of the journalist.
He believed there was nothing wrong with the Assin Central MP disclosing the identity of the deceased after the Tiger Eye PI team and Anas Aremeyaw Anas exposed some corrupt officials in the Ghana's Sports industry.
In his view, "if Anas could display pictures of his victims publicly when they haven't been tried and found guilty by any court of competent jurisdiction", then Hon. "Agyapong's exposure of the identities of his (Anas) team members is equally not wrong".

The police need not waste resources for any investigation! The only person on earth that is interested in the everlasting silence of Suale is Anas Aremeyaw Anas. His crude methods of operating do not spare his own lieutenants.
The only empty brains Statement or comments made on this site is you and your incompetent gullible and infantile NDC Minority .
Lovely point. Without any court declaring victims of Anas as corrupt, this evil man called Anas puts their pics on display on tv and disgraces them. Who the hell does Anas think he is? Nonsensenn
I agree with Nana B 100%. Anas should be invited by the police the same way Kennedy was invited. From my observation, it seems our political leaders and security hierarchy are scared of this Anas guy.I support Kennedy to expose who really Anas is because it seems most Ghanaian are being deceived by Anas's blackmail. Is Anas as clean as he want the whole world to believe. Well, people like us do not believe Anas. He is also a suspect in this Ahmed murder case. I pray to Allah to expose whoever is responsible for brother Ahmed's death. May his soul rest in perfect peace. Ameen.
I feel sad when I hear members of the NPP defending this reckless talking MP. Let them continue to defend the old man with child's brain, and he will eventually help them to "sink their ship". It's pathetic that politicians are so so dishonest and hate the truth. Even a child can tell that what Kennedy did by exposing the identity of the journalist was bad, yet human beings are defending him. Well, time will tell.
This Anas guy thinks all Ghanaians don't think. A key member of your team is shot dead, instead of checking on the member, his family, reporting to the police, checking on the safety of other members of the team, making arrangement for a befitting burial and making sure that his wives and children are ok etc etc, Anas rather had time to edit a video of Kennedy Agyapong within 12 hours of the death to display on the internet. His lawyer, who claims to know a lot about criminal law also makes such infantile accusations within 24 hours when he should know better. Ghanaians are not foools. There may be a few gullible ones who may fall for this ***barred word***. The truth will surely prevail. May the souls of Ahmed and all others who have unfairly died from Anas's dubious investigative business rest in perfect peace
The US Ambassador got it right. Beware of romance scams. Corrupt officials at Vodafone, MTN, and Airtel have been intercepting passwords and internet traffic which they then sell to these romance scammers. If a scammer can't log into your facebook, WhatsApp or email accounts they can't scam your contacts. The national communications authority must put in place measures to curb such practices. Internet in Ghana is characterized by low quality of service, high latency, high packet loss and so on. The NCA must make amends. The police must cooperate fully with INTERPOL. In one case INTERPOL asked the Ghana Police to arrest a certain Kwesi Baffour Gyimah and Dr. Emmanuel Apanga. The police did not pursue the case to its logical conclusion.
I have said it three days ago and one Muntari descended on me.The police should tapped all calls made by Anas for the past one month and if Ahmed phone is with the family the police should do same. They will know what transpired between Ahmed and Anas in the recent period before his death.
GOOD SUGGESTION.ANAS KNOWS SOMETHING ABOUT AHMED'S KILLING.
