Deputy Minister of Transport, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover has said the analysis being made by members of the NDC in connection with the Electoral Commission’s [EC] communique to compile a new voters’ register for the next presidential and parliamentary elections in Ghana will not yield any positive result.
According to him the NDC cannot in any way dictate how the EC should go about its duty, as it will implement decisions best for the development and peace of the country.
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Tema East said on Adom TV’s ‘mpensenpensenmu’ programme that members of the NDC will benefit a lot should they keep silent and watch the EC perform its duties per the laws of the state than wanting to speak negatively against it all in the name of working hard to bring former President Mahama back into power.
“What did former President Mahama not do whiles in government that he wants to come back and do, we already know what he can offer this nation in his second coming and since that is not what we need as a nation he should just relax and watch us work to make Ghana a better place to be,” he stated.
