Deputy Information Minister, Pius Enam Hadzide has explained how a Kenyan building appeared on the cover page of the Ghana Beyond Aid document.

Now, it is the turn of their buildings; making critics wonder if we have no such edifice or beautiful structures in Ghana.
Even though some political pundits are calling for heads to roll, the former Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports says those who made the 'shameful' blunder should be forgiven.
