A team of forensic experts and crime scene investigators from the Police Headquarters are currently in Sekondi/Takoradi to ascertain whether the human skeletons discovered near the house of the principal suspect in the kidnapping case are that of the missing girls.
Last Friday evening, the police announced the discovery of some skeletons in a cesspit tank near a house at Kansaworodo in Takoradi. However, it has not been confirmed that the skeletons (bones) are that of the three kidnapped girls.
Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr., reacting to this news during Tuesday's edition of Peacefm's Morning show "Kokrokoo" said "if indeed it is confirmed that the skeletons are that of the girls, it will mean, President Akufo-Addo, COP Tiwaa Addo-Daquah and others who gave the assurance that the girls are alive would have deceived us".
