National Democratic Congress [NDC] MP for Tamale Central constituency, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini has rubbished claims that some students of the Nalerigu Nursing and Midwifery Training College were paid by former President John Dramani Mahama to chant “We are sorry JM” during his recent tour of the region.
According to him, the students “chased John Mahama who was on his way to meet some chiefs in the area.”
“The students blocked the road and instated that the former President should talk to them or they are not letting him go. They started singing and chanting that 'JM we are sorry'.”
Inusah Fuseini narrated in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’.
