The Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper seems not to be happy with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Kwesi Pratt is disappointed over some comments made by the President at the recently held 2019 GBA conference in Takoradi, Western Region.
Speaking at the 2019 annual general conference of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) in Takoradi, Nana Addo denied the claims that he was shielding corrupt officials in his administration.
He stated that the "orchestrated attempts by my opponents to hang the tag of corruption on the necks of my government and myself, despite all the manifest efforts being made to deal with the phenomenon of corruption; it will not work. I did not come into public life to enrich myself."
However, Kwesi Pratt is wondering why the president will describe civil society organisations, journalists, religious leaders, youth activists, and diplomats who have spoken against the increasing level of corruption in the ruling administration as ‘opponents’.
“When I heard he was going to speak I was excited. I thought he was going to show us how he was fighting corruption. However, he decided to be defensive and I was disappointed because that was not what I was expecting. Then he said all who were speaking of corruption were his detractors; and that was disturbing. Is CDD his detractor? GII, Kennedy Agyepong and others who are complaining of corruption; are they all his detractors? If we reduce the debate to this level, we miss the point and it will help if we take it out,” he opined on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo'.

WHO CARES.
Listen to the blacks always defending the indefensible Pregnant ***barred word*** even when an ambassador is calling for Ghana beyond corruption,The day he will deliver we will still say is not true because the stomach is flat928508
The opponents in this context referred to Kwasi Pratt and the NDC, nothing else.
Clear off, you just hate the man Nana Addo!
Who are you anyway? We know you to be one of the ***barred word*** and corrupt journalist in Ghana. Ghanaians don't care what you say anymore.
Look at the kettle. Be disappointed in yourself for not growing your newspaper to be one of the best in the country. You have not been able to grow your readership by even 1% yet you are always criticizing people who will not give you chop chop. Your CPP is dead yet you are disappointed in others. Be disappointed in yourself.
You have always been bitter against Nana addo because he did not support you to be chosen above I. C. quaye when you assumed that you must also represent a constituency. Whether you like it or not Nana addo will always stand tall above you in every endeavor. Stop displaying your selfish ambition and accept that Nana is well ahead of you.
Haba!haba! Massa, adabraka the people Nana Addo described as his opponents were those accusing him of shielding his appointees and not those talking about corruption in the country. Why are always twisting things just to enable you to proof your hatred for Nana Addo? Is it because of what you said sometime ago that you are comfortable under NDC and so prepared to do anything to make them win power? Well it won't work this time.
