The Bono East regional NPP Women's Organizer, Madam Sophia Afriyie Danso has urged the Chiefs and people of Atebubu/Amantin to vote massively for President Akufo-Addo and the NPP MP for the area, Kofi Amoakohene.
According to her, a win in the December 2020 polls will ensure that government continues with its good works.
Madam Sophia Afriyie Danso reiterated that the NPP government in its first term of office has implemented several social intervention policies and executed many infrastructural projects that have benefited the constituency.
She said President Akufo-Addo believes that enriching a nation’s human resource base while industrialising the country is a sure way to ensure sustained economic growth.
This, she explained, is what influenced his decision to implement policies such as Free SHS, 1D1F, and PFJ which are all geared at empowering the people to build a vibrant industrial economy.
Madam Sophia at Amantin and Atebubu palace urged the Chiefs to vote massively for President Akufo-Addo and the Parliamentary Candidate for a brighter future for their children.
Madam Sophia at Amantin and Atebubu palace donated clothes, sanitizers and face masks to the chiefs as they celebrate their festival.
She congratulated the Chiefs for contributing their quota in ensuring minimal impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, despite the risks and expressed the government’s appreciation for their sacrifices.
She said the many projects in the area of education, health and road construction which have been executed in the Atebubu/Amantin Constituency should encourage the people to vote for the President and MP.
Barima Osei Poku (Krontihene of Amantin Traditional area) commended Madam Sophia Afriyie Danso for her donation.
He assured that the Chiefs and the people at the constituency have seen the good work of Nana Addo and therefore they will give him another four more years to do more for them.
