The Electoral Commission has opened a call centre for all voters ahead of the general elections on Monday, December 7.
The call centre is to help voters relay their concerns and feedbacks to the Commission and is also aimed at providing prompt responses to voters so as to improve the voting experiences on the election day.
The voters are to call a toll free number 0800-100-100 for this purpose.
''As such callers will not be charged for calls made to the Toll Free Number. The Call Center will be in operation on Monday the 7th of December 2020 from 6am to 6pm. Callers may use any network to contact the Commission’s Officials on this number," a portionof the statement said.
The call centre will be managed by trained staff of the Commission.
