Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, former NPP General Secretary, has advised the party members to bury their past and work for the success of the party.
He gave this advice when he was asked about his conflict with the NPP in 2016.
It could be recalled that Mr. Agyei Agyepong was suspended by the party's Disciplinary Committee over his misconduct towards the party and the then Presidential candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
He and the then NPP Chairman, Paul Afoko were both sanctioned resulting in their disqualification.
During a panel discussion on Peace FM's ''Kokrokoo'' on Friday, Mr. Agyei Agyepong told host Kwami Sefa Kayi that despite his suspension, he never ceased supporting the party.
"2016, yes I was on suspension but I supported the party actively . . . I hold no grudges against anybody. What has happened has happened and it's gone," he said.
He urged the party members to follow his footsteps by putting the party first over their personal issues.
"As we move forward as a political party, we can learn from the issues of the past and guide the future things that we have to do," he added.
