Very incompetent petition. I suspect they intentionally made these error so that the petition would be thrown out of court so they will do propaganda that the court didn't give them opportunity. I pray that despite all the flaws, the supreme court should allow this to be litigated in court so we shall all see the evidence the NDC claims to have.
Oh....even this simple petition too mistakes soorrrrr. Who is actually 1st Respondent here? Is it the EC or Nana Addo? They have incompetently interchanged 1st respondent and 2nd respondent severally in this petition. How can a re-election be conducted between MAHAMA and 1st RESPONDENT which is in case, the EC itself? Everyone in the NDC is INCOMPETENT from Mahama to the so called LAWYERS.
APUU TOOOOOO, Incompetent again, haba ***barred word*** mahama and moron lawyers. Relief (f) of the petition is asking the court to reconduct election between John Mahama (petitioner) and Jean Mensah, the EC (1st respondent) as candidate based on Articles 63(4) and 5 of 1992 constitution. Aye ka. What a joke and what an incompetent error? NO ONE IS PERFECT.
