A Political Scientist, Dr. Richard Amoako Baah says the New Patriotic Party is being ‘too hard’ on Dome-Kwabenya MP, Sarah Adwoa Safo on an issue that could be solved amicably.
He wants the NPP to at least ‘pamper’ the absentee member of parliament and not rather threatened her position.
“She is a woman so you treat her as such and seek for dialogue. She saved the party in the last election and won votes for President Nana Addo in her constituency," he told NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’
Dr. Richard Amoako Baah further accused President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of treating Adwoa Safo “unfairly” when the minister had issues with the Coordinator of the National School Feeding Programme Gertrude Quashigah.
“You don’t do that as a leader,” he said
He also predicts doom for the NPP in the 2024 election – he claims the Nana Addo-led government is unpopular now.
